Mayor Isko said on Monday, that the traffic enforcer concerned truly has a fault in the incident, because he has the chance to correct what the mistake made by the motorist, but he opted to accept bribe instead.

“Totoo pong may mali ang aming enforcer dahil tumanggap ng pera sa inyo, or what we call the kotong, totoong may pagkakamali siya,” the Rockstar Mayor said.

Moreno then threatened other MTPB personnel that he would fire them all following the incident. He said that the fault of one is the fault of everybody. So, hours later, they identified the said enforcer hence authorities arrested Ricardo Galit.

“He will no longer be part of the MTPB. Charges will be filed against him,” Moreno announced during the press briefing.
