Manila, Philippines – The man behind the video “Ang Totoong Narcolist” which implicated President Duterte’s family surfaced Monday afternoon and claimed that there are threats to his life.

A certain Peter Joemel Advincula who identified himself as “Bikoy” surfaced on Monday afternoon at the Integrated Bar of the Philippines where he is seeking legal assistance, a Philstar report says.



According to the news, Bikoy decided to surface due to threats to his life and his conscience.

He added that he is also prepared to face a Senate probe to prove the allegations he mentioned on his video.

In his first video, Bikoy accused Honeylet, the president's common-law wife of receiving money from drug syndicates through bank accounts in the name of Kitty.

He also claimed that former Presidential aide Bong Go and some members of the President’s family were involved in the operations of an illegal drug syndicate called the “Davao Group.”

Bikoy accused Go, Paolo Duterte, Veronica (Kitty) and Manases Carpio of receiving millions of pesos from the drug ring.

The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) had earlier filed charges against the alleged administrator of a website where Bikoy’s video was first shared.

The NBI’s Cybercrime Division (CCD) filed charges of inciting to sedition in relation to Section 6 of Republic Act 10175 or the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012, against Rodel Jayme, creator of metrobalita.net where the YouTube link of “Ang Totoong Narcolist” was reportedly first posted.


Jayme, according to his Twitter account is described as a blogger, gamer, licensed amateur radio operator.
