Manila, Philippines - After taking office for more than three months now, Mayor
Isko has been doing a great job as the new Mayor of Manila City.
Mayor Isko has been lauded by many of us with his political
will and sincerity in eradicating illegal vendors and most of all clearing our roads
to ease off traffic, and most of all to make the capital city livable again.
And because of this, he has been offered some product endorsements
left and right, and he is planning to pay forward his blessings.
Clothing and coffee brands are some endorsers he has been
offered and he might also appear in several advertisements in the future.
The young mayor revealed that he would donate all his earnings
worth of talent fee to Philippine General Hospital (PGH) from product endorsements.
He said a total of P24.5
million amount of money that would be donated for children with cancer at
PGH.
Moreno explained that it has been his dream to help
ailing children who cannot afford their medical expenses.
“Basta
As of now, his talent fee amounting to 4 Million Pesos will
go directly to PGH Medical Foundation Incorporated.
The former actor turned politician, is also very grateful to
everyone who went extra miles and expressed their desire to help, especially
those coming from other countries and sent their donations.
“Kung kayo ay
tutulong, maraming paraan ng pagtulong, wag kayong mahihiya, pwedeng piso,
pwedeng isang daan, pwedeng isang libo, lahat pwede.” Moreno said.
As recently reported, Mayor Isko prohibited the unattractive
hanging of laundry in front of houses and actually even turned it into a new
Manila City ordinance.
Francisco Moreno Domagoso recently celebrated his birthday
last October 24, he is 45 years old. He is the 27th mayor and a former Vice
Mayor of the City of Manila, the capital city of the Philippines; and a former
three-term councilor of the city's first congressional district.
