Opposition Senator Antonio Trillanes IV took another swipe at President Rodrigo Duterte saying he did not only fail to fulfill his promises to eradicate corruption, illegal drugs, solve crimes but the problems got even worst.

The senator also slammed the president or saying he fulfilled all his promises except his promise to solve the traffic problem.

“Papano sya bibigyan ng emergency powers, eh nung tinanong kung ano ba plano nila, wala silang maipakita. Gusto lang nya macorner ulit ng Davao group ang mga infra projects with the emergency powers," Trillanes said

Duterte on Saturday said he was able to deliver almost all of his promises except addressing the terrible traffic along EDSA.

The president said it was the Congress that did not grant him the emergency powers he needs to solve it.

"Kaya ang EDSA hanggang ngayon, ‘yan, wala akong magawa. Pero never did I ask money na sabihin na walang bidding-bidding," he said.
