PNP receives new vehicles and high-end equipment

Thursday morning, Philippine National Police Chief PDG Ronaldo “Bato” Dela Rosa led the blessing and turnover of the new vehicles and tools for PNP.

The event was held today at the NCRPO grandstand at Camp Bagong Diwa in Taguig.

These newly acquired vehicles and equipment were made possible through the Capability Enhancement Program of PNP, funded with P6.4 billion.

Among the turned over units were new police vehicles, sub machine guns, communication equipment, nigh vision goggles, Global Positioning System, body armor, and bomb snipping dogs.

Dela Rosa said that PNP will continue investing in new quality equipment as directed by President Rodrigo Duterte.

The PNP chief also wishes for a new helicopter which was scheduled to arrive this year.
