Premiere actress and philanthropist Angel Locsin, that she
is one of millions of supporters of President Rodrigo Duterte.
In fact, she admitted for voting for the president in the
2016 Presidential election and she was a big fan of the former mayor from Davao.
However, with the recent shutdown of the tv network she
works with, it broke her heart, not only for her fellow artists but for the
11,000 employees who lost their jobs.
The actress has been “crying non-stop” since she found out
that the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) issued a cease and desist
order against the Kapamilya network, after its legislative franchise expired
last May 4.
The 35-year-old actress became vocal thru the social media,
bravely airing her sentiments over the issue and even debating against bashers
of ABS-CBN.
She even revealed in her Twitter discussion with netizens
that she regrets voting for Pres. Rodrigo Duterte.
On her recent Twitter post, she said to a netizen stated
that he was being a "fanatic" who just keeps on attacking.
The kapamilya actress responded this way because of a Twitter
user @KKingofaces21 suggested that the Aquinos were "kapartido" of
ABS-CBN.
The netizen’s comment angered the actress and the conversation goes like this:
"Fine lang pala maam? 2014 pa daw po naka submit
panahon pa yun ni PNoy? bakit hindi na processo agad at na-approbahan agad? dun
na lang magtaka na tayo di bat kapartido ng network nyu ang mga Aquino? Hmmm?
ano kaya nangyari?" @KKingofaces21 tweeted to the actress.
Apparently triggered by the netizen’s comment, Angel did not
hesitate with a in your face answer:
"Yan talaga ang priority mo ngayon? Anyway, last
time I checked, wala naman pong Aquino dun. Ako I voted for Pres. Duterte, na
I'm regretting dahil sa mga fanatic na atake lang ng atake. Imbes na paamuhin
nyo yung tao. nilalayo nyo lalo." Locsin replied.
This was just one of the convos that Angel has been receiving
and she had not been holding back in engaging with netizens who are
"rejoicing" over the shutdown of ABS-CBN.
