Presidential sister Jocellyn Duterte Villarica has a word of advice to the public amid the spread of corona virus in the country.
Duterte-Villarica shared her thoughts thru a Facebook post following the community quarantine imposed in the National Capital Region (NCR) as announced by President Rodrigo Duterte the other night.
DCIPLINA PO!”, her post reads
The younger sibling of the President is also known for her strong opinion in support to his brother.
The lock down in Metro Manila will take effect between March 15 and April 14, domestic travel in and out of the capital will be prohibited too.
Due to some doubts that the President is trying to impose martial law in the region, the Palace reiterated that there is none, and people should not be afraid of the military personnel's presence.
“Paanong marital law. Meron na bang inaresto? ‘Pag marital law, maraming inaaresto, maraming kinukulong,” Presidential spokesman Salvador Panelo said
