Manila, Philippines - Kapamilya actor Enchong Dee recently
voiced out his opinion on the recent transport strike last September 30.
The actor shared his support for the jeepney drivers who
joined the strike against the public utility vehicle (PUV) modernization
program which is will be implemented in 2020.
According to Dee, these jeepney drivers who joined the
strike against the government’s program has a point since they do not have the
money to purchase the new model of jeepney.
Instead, he urged the government to purchase the new jeepneys
for the poor drivers, he said.

nanaman mag-aadjust? Why not provide for the Jeepney driver’s modernization...
if the govt finds it expensive, how much more the jeepney drivers?” Dee
tweeted.

On his Twitter, Dee shared a photo posted ABS-CBN which quoted MMDA Spokersperson Celine
Pialago and Bayan secretary-general Renato Reyes Jr's opinions on the recent
transport strike.
Enchong wrote
"this person is clueless of the state of Metro Manila traffic" and pointing
an arrow to indicate that he was talking about the MMDA Spokesperson Pialago.
Enchong Dee is a model and actor/talent of ABS-CBN
network. He became famous when he got paired with actress Erich Gonzales.
The actor is also a known avid critic of the Duterte administration.
