Senatorial candidate Ramon “Bong” Revilla’s ‘budots’
campaign has ad paid off as he slipped into the 11th spot as of Sunday morning, May
19.
Revilla, was one among those lawmakers tagged in pork barrel
scam denied the claims against him that he would just do “budots” dance once
he gets back to the Senate and steals taxpayers’ money.
“Hindi po ako magnanakaw at hindi po ako masamang tao,”
Revilla said.
He said he is eyeing a Senate come back to continue his
reforms.
“Tayo ay magperform sa Senado. Hindi tayo magsasayaw lang diyan,” he added
Though Revilla is still facing graft charges, he was cleared
of plunder late last year over the multi-billion pork barrel scam.
He was detained for four years and got released earlier of
December 2018.
Revilla, who is also an actor, hopes for an Upper House
comeback.
