Google it! Bam Aquino to President Duterte: ‘You can Google my track record’

Senator Bam Aquino today asked President Duterte to check his track record, as he noted that he authored and sponsored many laws.

Aquino said in an interview at the Ateneo de Manila University that some of these laws were even signed by Duterte himself.

“Mr. president, pwede naman I-Google ang track record natin.HIndi naman po mahirap hanapin yan sa Internet, marami na tayong batas, marami tayong batas na siya mismo ang pumirma.” Aquino said

On Sunday, the President said the opposition's senatorial candidates are heading "straight to hell," during a campaign rally in Zamboanga City of Senate bets backed by his party PDP-Laban.

"Otso diretso papuntang impyerno. Walang ginawa, puro criticize," Duterte said in a speech. 

"Si Bam Aquino? What have you done really impressive? Puro kayo pasaway -- pinsan mo naging presidente," he said.

(Bam Aquino? What have you done really impressive? You are all unruly; your president of a cousin.)

Further, Aquino also encouraged the people to research his voting record and his accomplishments as Senator.

He also lamented that insults were thrown at the Otso Diretso candidates when they asked for a debate.

“Ang hinihingi po naming debate, ang binato sa amin insulto, sana po, iyong hinihingi naming debate, issues po ang pagusapan natin.” The reelectionist senator said.
