Recently, a controversial expose was made by several social media personalities supporting the Duterte administration involving Kris Aquino, who was allegedly financing the anti-Duterte Pinoy Ako Blog (PAB) page managed by Jover Laurio.

Viber chat or conversation screetshots surfaced on social media, which appears that Laurio has been paying Facebook to get more reach for her posts on PAB.

Laurio admitted that it was Nicko Falcis, the former Manager and business partner of Kris who paid the boosts.
Later on, Falcis revealed that it was Kris who funded Laurio’s PAB.

Kris has kept mum about the claims since the issue surfaced online, not until today when the actress finally admitted funding Laurio’s anti-government blog page.

Jesus Falcis, the lawyer brother of Nicko Falcis, shared a screenshot on his Facebook account showing an Instagram post of Kris, admitting the allegation.

On her IG post, Kris said:

“In case burahin: airport bound.

@stevearaq the unvarnished truth: I gave nicko money to boost, with zero knowledge of my brother. When my brother went to Congress to protect him from all trolls. Why? Para makabawi… Because I was negotiating several contracts and didn’t go w/ him to the Sandiganbayan. I lacked courage to stand with him. I knew ayaw niya yun (social media campaigns, he is an idealist) so palihim kong ginawa.

“That’s why my brother had never met nicko. My instructions to nicko were always clear –kaibigan ko kasi si Bong Go, hindi ko kaaway ang mga Duterte, never attack the Duterte family especially Kitty, wala akong issue sa Marcos children, katuwang ko si bongbong sa kasal ni toni & paul, law firm ni liza marcos ang nag handle at nagpapanalo ng annulment ko. Now with all the issues – siempre ang hinala ko baka nabulsa din yung pondo. I have zero political aspirations so this is the 1st & last I shall address this. Tantanan na ko – I’m also impossible dreamer I dream of becoming an Oprah not a Trump.”
