Running priest Fr. Robert Reyes on Sunday appealed to the
Catholics who are supporting President Rodrigo Duterte to pray and listen to
their conscience as they choose candidates to vote this coming midterm polls.
Along with a group of Otso Diretso supporters, Reyes ran
along Quezon Avenue earlier today, May 5, as a call for democracy on May 13
elections.
According to a GMA News report, the run ended in Welcome Rotonda,
Quezon City where more supporters of Otso Diretso joined to show support to the
opposition candidates.
iniutos. Dapat itinuro ng konsensiya," Reyes said.
"Kaya the Catholic vote is a vote na produkto na
Reyes urged the Catholic voters who are supporting Duterte
to pray and learn the act of discernment when voting.
May panahon pa.
Magdasal po kayo, discern!" he said.
