Trillanes: We are being led by an incompetent, psychologically-unstable president in our coronavirus battle

Former Senator Antonio Trillanes IV has once again made a statement against President Rodrigo Duterte regarding how the government is handling the fight against the corona virus Pandemic.

For Trillanes, it is the country’s healthcare heroes, not President Duterte, will help save Filipinos from the coronavirus pandemic.


The former Magdalo representative gave the impression as the cases of the coronavirus in the country continued to rise.

 In the middle of these perilous times, the country is unfortunately led by an incompetent and uncaring president said Trillanes.

“It should be clear to every Filipino by now that we are being led by an incompetent, psychologically-unstable and incompassionate president. Indeed, we have been left to our own devices,” Trillanes posted in his Facebook.

Trillanes is hopeful that the country will overcome the health emergency with the help of healthcare workers, civil servants, and generous private individuals. 

He even praised the effort and initiative of Vice President Leni Robredo to augment the medical supplies and equipment for health care frontliners.

“Regardless, we will survive this ordeal through the courage and skill of our health workers, the generosity of the private sector, the initiative of VP Leni and our LGU leaders, the dedication of our civil servants, and the proven resilience and bayanihan spirit of the Filipino people. May God bless us all,” Trillanes said.
