De Lima, nanawagan ng panalagin para sa kaligtasan ni Robredo: "We pray for VP Leni’s safety"

Nanawagan si Senator Leila De Lima ng panalangin para umano sa kaligtasan at kalakasan ni Bise Presidente Leni Robredo habang tinatanggap niya ang hamon ng gobyerno bilang bagong anti-drug czar.

Mula sa kanyang dispatch cell sa Camp Crame, nilista ni De Lima ang mga katangian na mayroon si Robredo katulad ng pagiging disente at professional.

“Sincerity. Decency. Professionalism. Rare commodities in Duterte’s world. Bountiful traits in VP Leni,” Ayon sa senadora

“People see a determined VP Leni out to right the wrongs and restore sanity in the enforcement of the drug war, save lives and pursue justice, and pounce on the real drug lords, their cohorts and protectors.” Ayon pa sa kanyang sulat.

“We pray for VP Leni’s safety, enduring strength and success,” Dagdag pa ni De Lima.

Nauna rito, kinondena rin ng senadora ang pagbibigay ng czar na role sa Bise Presidente at tinawag na saddest and stupidest things this administration has churned out lately."

Sinabi rin nito na naghahanap lamang daw ang Pangulo ng sisisihin dahil sa bigo ang kanyang mandato laban sa mga illegal na droga.

"I pity you, Mr. Duterte. Realization of your failures must have woken you up in cold sweat many times. To shake it off, you resort to tactics as low as this; as reminiscing your supposedly run-and-gun glory days as Mayor while riding big motorcycles at the Malacañang grounds probably doesn't calm you down.
