Ben Tulfo reacts to the demands of DSWD Sec. Bautista: Daig mo pa si Padre Damaso!

TV and radio broadcaster of BITAG Live, Mr. Ben Tulfo has broken his silence against the statement of DSWD Chief Rolando Bautista saying he will only accept Erwin Tulfo’s apology only if he complies his conditions to give public apologies to different social media platforms and to donate to 19 institutions.

This triggered Ben’s reaction which he posted on his Facebook and Twitter account. He said he will not take his brother’s issue quietly and gave out his opinion.

“Sa palagay niyo kaya mananahimik lang ako’t hahayaan ko ‘tong mga kumag, kenkoy at kolokoy na maghari-harian?” 

Hindi lang sila ang may mga bayag. Pare-pareho tayong may mga bayag, wag na tayong maglokohan pa!” Ben posted on his twitter.

The BITAG host also compared Bautista to the likes of “Padre Damaso” after the latter has asked for P300,000 donations.

“Putres na “brotherhood”! ang KAKAPAL! Ayon sa kumag na OIC, mag-sorry daw sa lahat ng media outlet. “BUTAW” na P300k kinakailangan para mahugasan ang kasalanan. Tsong, daig mo pa si Padre Damaso at mga kolokoy na kauri mo! Nagpapatawa ka ba?! #unfiltered” he said on his twitter post.

Bautista’s conditions include sincere public apology to be aired on different radio stations, to be published in different newspapers and social media platforms and Instead of paying him for damages to his reputation.

Further, Bautista said Tulfo should donate P300, 000 to all institutions where he is and had been part of.

If recalled, Erwin has issued an apology for Bautista twice already. However, the apology did not stop the Philippine National Police (PNP) and ordered Tulfo to surrender his firearms.

The PNP said a search warrant could be issued for Erwin to make him surrender his firearms with expired License to Own and Possess Firearm (LTOPF).

"If the LTOPF is already expired, then there is no more authority or reason for an individual to keep firearms, to own firearms even if these firearms are still valid or if the licenses are still valid," says PNP spokesman Col. Bernard Banac.
